The ensemble was founded in 2007 by Dr. Michael Nickens and is under the direction of Chris Martin. Instructional staff includes Chris Garay, Kevin Thorburn, Tim Wood, Chris Auman, Chris Leone, Mike Madaio, Mario Taylor, Zac Cohen, Greg Tsalikis, Wayne Gibson, Stephen Mark, JD Slaughter and Matt Hartwell. George Mason University will be performing at the Richmond and Norristown regionals as well as WGI World Championships.
